Under Rule 15 of the Andhra Pradesh
Departmental Test Rules, 1965 issued in the G.O. first read above, the
candidates who appeared for Departmental Test Examinations and who are not
exempted from payment of fee are required to pay the fee as prescribed under
sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of Rule 14 of the
said rules, as amended in the G.O. third read above, which is as
