Reopening of APR Institutions in the State from 23-11-2020 for 9th, 10th, Intermediate and Degree classes – Certain Instructions
Therefore, the following instructions/Guidelines are issued to ensure the preparedness for reopening of the institutions.
a. Contact the parents to obtain their willingness and also inform them the date of reopening of the institutions.
b. Raise the indent for the rice with the Civil Supplies Corporation at the District
Level.
c. Procure Provisions, Milk, Vegetables, Eggs, Chicken & Fruits through DPC
d. Ensure cleanliness, Premises should be sanitised before reopening of the schools.
e. All the COVID-19 Precautions have to be followed at the time of reopening of the schools.
f. Make arrangements for maintaining physical distancing in dormitories, class rooms
and dining hall.
g. Utmost care should be taken while cooking and serving.
Further all the Principals are instructed to follow the Standard Operating Procedure enclosed to this proceedings scrupulously.
