ENGLISH MEDIUM--ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమం
All the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are aware that, Government have introduced English Medium in all Educational Institutions from Class I to VI from 2020-21 academic year onwards. In this regard the parents committees of the Schools have discussed the issue on introducing English medium on 07.01.2020 and furnished their resolutions in support of introducing English Medium. Further it is informed that the Government have requested to obtain the option form from all the parents ( Mother / Father / Guardian) in which medium they are willing to make their children to study.
In this regard, all the RJDSEs,DEOs and APCs are requested to instruct the Headmasters / Madal Educational Officers concerned to conduct the parents committee meeting on 21.01.2020 and to obtain the options from all the parents. The Headmasters may be requested to get all the option forms as school wise bound, and in turn to handover to the Mandal Education Officer concerned. Further all the Mandal Educational officers may be requested to handover all the said bound books of their mandal concerned to the District Educational Officer concerned by 22nd January 2020 without fail. Further all the DEOs are requested to hand over the mandal wise option forms of their District concerned to the O/o the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati by 23rd January 2020 without fail.
మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమం సంబంధించి క్రింది విషయాలు గమనించగలరు.
➽ 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి 1 నుండి 5 తరగతుల్లో తెలుగు మాధ్యమం/ తెలుగు తప్పనిసరిగా బోధిస్తూ ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియంలో, తమ పిల్లలకు తల్లిదండ్రులు ఒకటి ఎంచుకొని , సంబంధిత పాఠశాల పేరెంట్స్ కమిటీ ద్వారా పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ కు తెలియజేయగలరు.
➽ 21.01.2020న ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో పేరెంట్స్ కమిటీ సమావేశం నిర్వహించవలెను.
➽ తల్లితండ్రులు నుండి సేకరించిన Option forms పాఠశాల వారీగా బైండింగ్ చేయించి 22.01.2020 మధ్యాహ్నం లోగా మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులకు అందజేయవలెను.
➽ మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు వెంటనే 22.01.2020 సాయంత్రం లోపు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ కార్యాలయంనకు పంపించవలెను.
➽ మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు ఈ విషయమై వెంటనే CRP లకు తగిన సూచనలు చేయవలసిందిగా కోరడమైనది.
