teachers and different programs in the State and integrating them into CM CORE

ORDER:
In the reference cited,
the Commissioner of School Education has submitted that School Education
Department has extensive data regarding students, teachers and important
programs like Mid day Meals in its IT systems. All this information is
centralized in a database, but there are no systems or software that can show a
comprehensive dashboard to assist the Department better and to understand the
performance of the students, teachers and different programs. She has further
submitted that Vassar Labs IT Solutions Pvt., Ltd. has submitted a proposal for
development of “Core CM Dashboards for Department of School Education” and
proposed to customize its IoT platform to bring together dashboard leveraging
the data currently collected by the department.
The main objective of
the project is to develop a set of comprehensive dashboards for the Department
of School Education to provide the officials with actionable information and
enable them to take necessary interventions. Some of the Dashboards will be
consolidated into Master Dashboard to enable easy access to data, but more
importantly give a comprehensive view of the overall performance of the
school,teacher or various programs.
