The
Collector and District Magistrate, Westgodavari Eluru is here by clarified that
Consequent on Merger of the ceased Mandals/Villages of Khammam District of
erstwhile Andhra Pradesh into residual Andhra Pradesh after burification of
state into Andhra Pradesh and Telegana.
The Applicants who have studied in these
mandals have to treated as locals of Andhra Pradesh irrespective of the fact
that they studied in Khammam District in prior to burification of the state
